For the third year in a row, the Poklonnaya 9 apartment complex occupies a leading position in the rating of the most popular new buildings in Moscow. In total, in 2022, according to NF Group specialists, 860 real estate deals were concluded in this segment. Two projects by ANT Development, Poklonnaya 9 and Victory Park Residences, account for 16% of the demand.
In the Dorogomilovo area, four out of ten buyers choose Poklonnaya 9 and Victory Park Residences.
