80% of demand in Dorogomilovo is occupied by ANT Development projects

According to a study by the international consulting company Knight Frank, in 2021, 1,620 transactions were concluded on the elite residential real estate market in Moscow. This - a historical record for the segment. ANT Development's projects Poklonnaya 9 and Victory Park Residences hold the lead among elite-class complexes in the Dorogomilovo area, which accounts for every fourth purchase in the segment.

“According to the results of 2021, 319 lots with a total area of almost 35,000 sq.m. were sold in two ANT Development projects. The total amount of sales amounted to 21.9 billion rubles. Despite the active stage of implementation, the investment potential in both complexes is estimated at 18-20% before commissioning,” emphasizes Güven Dündar, managing partner of ANT Development.

At the moment, 77% of the offer in the Poklonnaya 9 complex has already been sold, Victory Park Residences has been sold by 65%. In both projects, the prevailing volume of demand falls on three-room lots. Clients are increasingly using installments, mortgages are not far behind in terms of a share in transactions and also remain a popular financial instrument for buying real estate in ANT Development projects.
