Every month, the completion of the construction of the Poklonnaya 9 apartment complex is getting closer. The house can already be seen from afar, because the monolith of the complex has long been ready, and the facade work has been completed by 65%. German aluminum profiles and Schuco windows are used for panoramic glazing of apartments, Belgian Reynaers glazing systems are used in penthouses. More than a third of the builders have completed roofing and electrical installations.
At the moment, a large-scale internal work is underway - 70% of the partitions have been installed in the apartments, and the installation of mechanical engineering systems is at the same stage. Finishing work is half done, natural stone, ceramic plates from Italy are used here, German and Italian sanitary ware from manufacturers Dornbracht, Hüppe, Viega, Salini and Catalano are chosen for the apartments.
A third of the work on the installation of doors has been completed: the entrance doors were made by the Turkish company Gorhan, the interior doors were made by the Italian company Barausse. Elevator equipment, which is already on the construction site and includes service and passenger elevators from manufacturers Thyssen and Schindler, is 80% ready.
